Last night we has a good lesson from Jay Meares and his son Julian (who is a sprinter and a football player) on the basics of proper running and also on how to safely warm up lower body prior to running. Kelly Cunningham is taking charge of the warm ups from here on out and will help the girls who were not there last night do the warm ups properly and help with the proper sprinting technique. She is very familiar with the work that Jay taught last night and will start with it right away. Thanks Kelly...Im very happy you are here with us !!
